I am really happy to use an IQ Go Sim in my motorhome. I prefer that you can have a conversation with the team at IQ Go via WhatsApp if I have any issues and in return if they have a problem or an issue the contact me. It is woth the extra money for the customer service and performance.

Run out of data? - Buy an IQ Go Add-On!

Currently in Europe, really fed up that I can no longer purchase and use 100gb of data in Europe as previously . I understand the fair use policy but feel companies as yourself should be lobbying the government to arrange a better fair use policy . 25gb is nothing when you are in Europe for several weeks and the 10 gb add-on is very costly at £14 . If you can come up with nothing better I’m afraid I will need to look elsewhere for a better deal which is a shame as have been using your service since the policy was warehoused . Yours a get frustrated user .
